Sharing & Collaboration

What is the difference between inviting someone to a workspace or organization?

When you invite a user to join your organization in Retable, that user can access all features of the Team plan at no additional cost. This is a significant benefit, as it allows members of your organization to fully utilize Retable's Team plan functionalities without incurring individual fees. It's important to note, however, that each user added to your organization will count towards your overall seats.

Adding someone to your organization doesn't automatically grant them access to all your workspaces and projects. To collaborate with users within your organization, you need to explicitly share the specific workspaces or projects you want them to access.

On the other hand, if you invite someone directly to a workspace or project without adding them to your organization, this action does not affect your organization's seat count. However, these users will be subject to Retable's standard account policies. This means they can use Retable for free during the 1-month trial period, but after that, they will be required to pay for their own Retable account if they wish to continue using the service.
