What is team

Teams are a part of your Retable organization structure and help to structure and categorize your organization members. If you think of your Retabke organization as a company, teams are like departments in this company. Within your Retable organization, you can create an unlimited number of teams and designate team leads and members for each team. Team leads are empowered to add members from your organization to their teams.

The main benefit of teams is the simplified management of workspace-sharing permissions. Rather than sharing a workspace with individual organization members, you can share it with an entire team using the @teamname tag.

This approach streamlines the process and ensures consistency in access control. Moreover, if a user is removed from a team, they will consequently lose access to the workspaces that were shared with that team, maintaining the security of your workspaces and data.
