How to transition from LTD to SaaS in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Register for a SaaS account

To begin your transition to the SaaS version, you'll need to create a new account. Please note that you cannot use the same email address associated with your LTD account for this registration.

Visit our signup page to create your new Retable account. Once your account is created, you’re ready to subscribe to the correct number of seats!

Subscribe with the right number of seats to match or adjust for your team's current size.

Here’s a detailed guide on how to do this:
- Navigate your subscription page.
- Find a plan that fits your team’s needs and budget.
- Select a plan with customizable seat options.
- Choose the exact number of seats, as each member needs their own.
- Enter payment details and confirm.
- Your subscription activates after payment, and seats will be ready.
- Adjust your seat count anytime as needed.


Once subscribed, you’ll have the seats ready to assign to your team members.

Step 3: Migrate your projects

Smoothly transition by exporting your projects from LTD and importing them into your SaaS account using Retable's import feature to upload your data.

Note:
Automations, references, lookups, rollups, collaborators and public links cannot be migrated.

- Log in to your LTD account and go to the dashboard
- Find the export option for each project.

• You must use a different email than your LTD account to create your SaaS subscription.
